N.1) Discussion and Consideration of approval for Elko County Ambulance to apply for the Nevada Emergency Medical Services Training Grant from the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).  The training grant will provide full funding for a “Difficult Airway Course” for Paramedic providers in the area. The grant amount is $11,250 with no match and will allow for 30 participants from Elko County Ambulance, Elko City Fire Department, REACH and MedX flight crews. This course is highly recommended by the Ambulance department Medical Director for regular training.
