I.1) Discussion and consideration to join the non-profit Flight Alliance of Northeastern Nevada (FANN) organization for the purpose of promoting and assisting commercial air service at the Elko Regional Airport.   Staff has been working with the City of Elko to form this nonprofit corporation under Nevada Revised Statute Chapter 82 which brings public and private organizations and businesses together to contribute expertise and funding for marketing along with minimum revenue guarantee expenses to support commercial air service at the Elko Regional Airport.   The City of Elko will form the corporation and work with the County of Elko staff to designate officers and board members for the filing with the state, which may change over time.  Bylaws for the nonprofit corporation are in process of being developed.
