F.1) Pursuant to Notice 27-2023, discussion and consideration to award the bid for Roads Project PWP-EL-2023-394 for 2023 Preventative Maintenance Project, Chipseal, Type III Slurry and Striping on the following roads utilizing Regional Transportation Commission funding: County Road 712 Pleasant Valley Road - From SR 227 to end of pavement (Pleasant Valley) (8,125' long) County Road 740 - Victory Boulevard – From end of pavement to end of pavement (Osino) (7,332’ long) County Road 742 – Coal Mine Canyon Road – from Nevada Department of Transportation Right of Way to end of pavement. (6,252’ long) County Road 718 – Harrison Pass - from Circle Ranch Road to Huntington Road (15,870' long). County Road 711B- Corral Lane- From SR 227 to Spring Creek Addociation Border before the Parkway (12,285' long) County Road 720- Bullion Road- From Elko City Limits to end of pavement. (6,991' long) County Road 720H- Hamilton Stage Road- From Bullion to Cattleguard (1454' long) County Road 741R- Railport Road (East Idaho Street)- From NDOT R.O.W. to end of pavement. (8714' long) All roads will be striped with the exception of Corral Lane CR 711B.   Bids were opened on Thursday, June 22, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Elko County received one bid $844,007 from SNC Construction, Inc. The RTC project has a budget of $960,000 including engineering costs.
