S.1) Discussion and consideration to approve broadband build out to Elko County facilities through the Governor's Office of Science, Innovation and Technology's (OSIT) High Speed NV Phase 1 Request for Proposal.    OSIT intends to award a contract to Zito Media for the construction and installation of broadband to State facilities in Elko County.  Elko County has an opportunity to partner with OSIT to build out broadband service to County facilities.  Attached is the quote for construction cost to each facility and the ongoing monthly charge for service based on the length of the contract and number of gigabytes.   Should any facility be approved from the list, Elko County will be required to enter an agreement at a later date.
