I.2) Discussion and consideration to approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 2023-06 which amends language of Elko County Code 6-2-2 to require a business with gambling games or devices to file an application for a license whether the business is within or outside an incorporated city or town and amends language of Elko County code 6-2-7, to allow the board to set fees for all amusement, entertainment and recreation businesses.
