K.2) Update, discussion, and consideration of a letter stating Elko County's concerns with the proposed decision to create a subsonic operational floor of 300 feet across all operating areas, except Owyhee North and Jarbidge South which already have 100 foot operating floors, and to lower the supersonic altitude floor from 30,000 feet above sea level to 10,000 above ground level.
