L.1) Discussion and consideration to approve an Independent Contractor Agreement with Season Riley to provide family coaching services to the Fourth Judicial District Court - Specialty Courts.The agreement has been reviewed and approved through the District Attorney's Office and Judge Kacin.  This service is funded through grant funding.
