I.2) Discussion and consideration of a request to approve a capital project in the amount of $11,500 for the demolition and replacement of countertop and cabinets in Wells Justice Court.   Wells Justice Court has budget in their department Administrative Assessment fees capital account and services and supplies account adequate for this project, no additional budget is needed. Only one quote was received, although multiple vendors were asked for quotes, none were able to accommodate the request other than Great Basin Granite.
