H.1) Discussion and consideration of approval of a request for an additional Firefighter/EMT position for the Town of Jackpot which will allow for better shift coverage, more efficient response and provide relief to the Fire Chief.   The salary and benefits for the new position will be covered by reallocating funds from the Town of Jackpot capital outlay/projects fund to the general fund for Fiscal Year 2023.  In future years, the position will be covered through the Town of Jackpot General Fund.    The Budget Committee reviewed the request on November 9, 2022 and recommends approval.
