J.1) TABLED - Discussion and consideration to approve an Independent Contractor Agreement with Argelia Covarrubius-Camberos to provide services to the Fourth Judicial District Court - Specialty Courts.   The agreement has been reviewed and approved through the District Attorney's Office and Judge Kacin.  This service is funded through grant funding.
