I.1) Discussion and consideration to approve a grant application through the Nevada Department of Agriculture, School Lunch Program Equipment Assistance Grant, for up to $25,000 to replace the range in the juvenile detention facility.  The detention staff prepares meals for the juveniles who are in custody.  The current equipment is old, is a safety concern because there is no heat indicator, and needs to be replaced.
