P.1) Discussion and consideration of providing direction to staff related to the hauled water user account balances prior to the water rate increase which went into effect July 1, 2022 as approved by Resolution No. 2022-01 on March 16, 2022.The hauled water rates increased from $2.00 per thousand gallons to $12.00 per thousand gallons.  When the new rate was applied in the utility billing system on July 1, 2022, hauled users' water balances were decreased to reflect the new water rate.
