K.1) Discussion and consideration of the Jarbidge Advisory Board's recommendation to hire a full-time (30 hours per week) operator for the Jarbidge water system.   Starting in 2013, the system was operated through an independent contract with Butch Smith.  Since Mr. Smith's passing in April 2017, the system has been operated by a part-time employee of the system.   In late 2021, the current operator advised that he was no longer interested in operating the system as the primary operator and requested the County find another operator.  Thus far, we have been unsuccessful in our recruitment efforts.
