L.1) Discussion and consideration to approve a quote from Charles Chester Plumbing and Heating in the amount of $12,760 for the installation of a copper line from the upstairs mechanical room to the downstairs mechanical room to serve as a back up source of hot water for the jail.Staff recommends approval of the quote to be funded through General Fund contingency in an amount not to exceed $13,000.
