K.1) Pursuant to Notice 2022-07, discussion and consideration of Application 21-1500-0001, 2 Wild Poppies, LLC, requesting a Change of Zoning on Two (2) parcels of land from Agricultural / Residential (AR) to Highway Services and Tourist Commercial Districts (C2), requiring an amendment to the Spring Creek / Lamoille Master Plan.

    I would like to note that I support the current business plan as a greenhouse, and while I think that the business plan proposed is a great idea, I do not support changing the zoning in Pleasant Valley. I don’t believe it is in the best interest of our neighborhood, as it opens up too many possibilities in the future for more than just a cute little cafe. We purchased our home in Pleasant Valley because it offers the quiet rural environment we wanted to raise our kids in. We love having the nursery there, just want to keep our neighborhood a neighborhood. Thank you.
