It is abhorrent that a Commissioner is espousing spending taxpayer county funds, in lieu of a Voter defeated measure to provide $150,000 of new taxpayer funds for the Elko County School District. My expectation is the Commissioner should resign his seat over this extremely serious breach of Voter and Taxpayer misrepresentation and malfeasance. There is absolutely no place Representative Government for a person so willing to plot the overturning of the Vote of the County Citizens.
