G.1) Discussion and possible action regarding a proposed agreement among the State of Nevada and certain political subdivisions of the State of Nevada, including Elko County, to establish the allocation of proceeds recovered from companies involved in the manufacturing and distribution of opioids whereby Elko County will receive a distribution of such proceeds recovered by the State of Nevada after deduction of (1) Lead Litigator Costs, (2) Federal Government CMS Medicaid Costs, and a deduction for participating as a non-litigating entity.
