Also, discussion and consideration of the fee to be set by resolution for the Business license Application fee. Approval for Elko County Staff to prepare a business impact statement regarding the 3% license tax and the Business license application fee set by to be set by resolution.

    As a resident of Twin Falls county Idaho I ask that you not allow a marijuana dispensary in Jackpot, Nevada. I feel that a dispensary in Jackpot will be catering to Idaho residents not Nevada’s. Thank you.
