I am the Pastor of Ruby Mountain Bible Church in Spring Creek, NV. We fully intend to open our services on May 17. We intend to follow social distancing directives under phase 1 the best we can. We pray the governor does not "move the goalposts" again, but we desire to worship God in accordance with His commands in the Bible.

Any response from Gov. Sisolak on our Covid19 Declaration of Compliance? Suggest we sue Sisolak for overreach for keeping Elko County shut down when we can clearly reopen in Phase 1. Alternate suggestion: we defy our Governor and reopen now. Three Counties have successfully done this in California. How much more pain will we have to endure under our Governor's poor leadership. What will happen when we reach May 14th and Clark and Washoe Counties are not ready to reopen? Our Governor will likely extend Nevada' shutdown longer. Governor Sisolak's all or nothing approach must end.
