H.1) Discussion and consideration of directing staff to explore funding options for the Wildland Fire Protection Program (WFPP) which allows participating entities access to the State Fire Suppression account for payment of fire suppression costs related to wildland fires.  The cost of the WFPP continues to increase each year, which cannot continue to be covered with current revenues.                 WFPP Costs:     Fiscal Year 2020/2021 - $600,000                                            Fiscal Year 2021/2022 - $800,000
