F.1) Discussion and consideration of Resolution # 2019-29 providing for the transfer of appropriations and cash from the Elko County General Fund to the District Court Specialty Fee Fund. The purpose of this transfer is to remove the funds collected for District Court Civil Actions from the General Fund and to account for them in the Specialty Fee Fund.
