E.2) Discussion and consideration of Resolution # 2019-14 authorizing an Interfund loan to the Library Special Federal Fund from the Library Fund. Pursuant to NRS 354.6118, the County can provide for an interfund loan up to 12 months as long as the fund loaning the money is not compromised by the transfer. The Library fund receives state and federal grants and all of those grants are reimbursement grants, therefore there is always a waiting period for receipt of the grant funds.
