D.1) Presentation by Ryan Cherry with Yes on 3, Sam Castor of Switch and Josh Weber, a National Energy Attorney with Davison Van Cleev, P.C., regarding Ballot Question 3, The Energy Choice Initiative, that will appear on the General Election ballot. At the August 1st County Commission Meeting, a presentation opposing Question 3 was presented by representatives of Wells Rural Electric Cooperative. This presentation is the the proponent view of the ballot question. The County Commission may consider a position statement at a future Commission Meeting.
