J.1) Discussion and consideration of Commission approval to explore a cooperative effort to construct a roundabout in Spring Creek at the intersection of Lamoille Highway and Boyd Kennedy Road. Ruby Vista Development has approached the County and NDOT to participate in a cooperative effort to construct a new roundabout to facilitate safety, pedestrian and traffic management issues at the location. Other partners may be involved as the project is developed. Ruby Vista's proposal is that the County's matching portion of the costs will be provided without County funding.
