J.1) Discussion and consideration of a request pursuant to NRS 228.130 for the Board of County Commissioners to adopt Resolution 2019-31 joining in the District Attorney's request for the office of the Attorney General to undertake the prosecution of two potential cases which the District Attorney believes would create a conflict of interest or at least the appearance of a conflict of interest, including review of the cases for potential criminal liability, and if the office of the Attorney General decides that the cases are actionable, to prosecute the cases to their conclusion.
