E.1) Discussion and consideration of Proclamation 2019-09 encouraging Elko County residents to participate in the 2020 Census. The Census results will be used for the next decade for many purposes including calculation of revenue formulas for various government programs, boundary determinations of various federal, state and local elected official positions and by private industry / business for economic development purposes.
