J.4) Discussion and consideration of the first reading of Ordinance 08-2019, Bill No. H, a change to the office of Public Administrator from an elected official position to a county commission appointed official position including minimum criteria for appointment. The 2019 Legislature approved the flexibility for this position to be removed from the ballot and appointed by the County Commission.
