N.2) Pursuant to Notice NO. 07-2019, discussion and consideration of a public hearing and second reading of Ordinance 02-2019 with a recommendation by the Elko County Planning Commission enacting Title 4, Chapter 9, Section 15 of Elko County Code, to add provisions allowing the Senior Planner of the Planning and Zoning Department to review and approve small deviations up to nine (9) percent in the height of accessory buildings in ECC 4-2-2 and ECC 4-2-3.
