R.2) Discussion and consideration of approval of an Intergovernmental Road Maintenance Agreement with White Pine County for White Pine County Road 3 and Elko County Road 719. Under this proposal Elko County will maintain 4.2 mile into White Pine County on South Ruby Valley Road and White Pine County will maintain 4 miles on the Huntington Creek Road in southwest corner of Elko County providing cost saving to both Counties due to reduced mobilization costs.
