R.1) Pursuant to Public Notice 33-2017, discussion and consideration to amend the Elko County Infrastructure Tax Master Plan by enhancing the scope of work on the Osino Victory Boulevard Improvement Project without increasing the budget. the recommended enhancement is a paved roadway instead of an engineered dirt roadway.
