Q.1) Discussion and consideration of Planning Commission Application No. 17-1500-0004, an application submitted by The Elko County School District for a change in the zoning district designation within Plan Area 3 of the Spring Creel Lamoille Master Plan specific to APN 050-001-032 and APN 050-006-001 to facilitate the construction and operation of a public elementary school. The requested designation changes on both parcels of land are proposed for Public (P).
