J.1) Discussion and consideration of first reading of Ordinance 2017-05 that adds a new subsection to Title 7, Chapter 1 of the Elko County Code prohibiting trespassing by peddlers, door to door sales people and solicitors within the boundaries of the Spring Creek Association. If approved, the proposed ordinance will be scheduled for a second reading and a public hearing .
