N.1) Discussion and consideration of Approval of a Parcel Map roadway easement dedication of "Ann Way" located in Section 3, Township 33 North, Range 56 East, M.D.B.& M. This parcel map is located in the Spring Creek Area. This 60' wide roadway easement is for a parcel map for R.O.I. Elko 3 Investors, LLC. A portion of Ann Way has already been dedicated to Elko County. That portion comes off of Boyd-Kennedy Road. Ann Way will extend and end at Trescartes Avenue.
