H.1) Discussion and consideration for approval of the contract for $393,985 with Dominion Voting Systems, Inc. for the replacement of the current election equipment (voting machines) pending legal review. Note: Both the Dominion contract and the VOTEC (voter registration software) contract will be reduced by the State reimbursement of $183,905. Both contracts total $470,369 reduced by $183,905 and a $32,697 equipment credit leaving $253,767 that will be paid with Net Proceed and Capital Fund monies.
