M.2) Discussion and consideration of comments regarding the preparation of an environmental assessment analyzing the impacts of offering 38 Oil and Gas parcels for lease in the BLM Elko District, totaling 67,311.79 acres. The parcels would be available as part of an statewide competitive lease sale in March 2018. Parcels are located in the following areas: Pinion Range, Pine Valley, South Fork Reservoir, Twin Creeks, Mitchel Creek and Cherry Creek areas.
