Q.2) Discussion and consideration of a request for an Alternate Compliance on Parcel Map for Woodbury Family 2013 Revocable Trust 2017-7000-02 for an Alternate Compliance of a 30' wide private access easement to Parcel 1 located on the Parcel Map for Woodbury Family 2013 Revocable Trust. Parcel 1 is located in Section 35 & 36, Township 33 North, Range 57 East. This 30' private access easement is to remain in effect as long as Parcel 1 is in existence. The private access easement will begin from Broken Arrow Lane, located in Pleasant Valley Estates.
