    I am glad to see someone obtaining a permit via legal means, however, this person has already started the foundation ex. I can understand the problem in the location, however, can the County make it conditional to allow with no parking or storage in front of the shop? There is a reason for setbacks so as not to infringe on neighbors or set precedents or to "get away" with poor planning and site location. This person parks a camper trailer in setback permanently.
