G.1) Review applications and qualifications of candidates for the position of Elko County District Attorney, as well as discussion and appointment of one of the applicants to the position of District Attorney. The applicants in alphabetical order are: Tyler Ingram, Kristin McQueary and William Schaeffer. Selection Process: #1 Applicant Introductions - Each applicant will have 4 minutes to introduce themselves and their qualifications for appointment in a predetermined random order. #2 Applicants Respond to Commission Questions - Each applicant will have 8 minutes to respond to the Commissioner’s prepared questions. #3 Public Comments - The public will have the opportunity for comments with a limit of 2 minutes per person. #4 Vote on Recommendation - Commissioners will vote on the appointment.
