This is just another attempt by the "townies" from Vega-Reno-fornia to impose their will on the rurals. Maybe instead of curtailing rural domestic water wells the townies should stop selling OUR water to their Kalifornia brethren. But that's probably what the townies want, right? Cut off the "hicks" and their wells so they(the townies) can sell all the water they want and rake in those profits.
