F.1) Discussion and consideration of Commission direction with regard to the potential development of a policy on County financial participation with development projects in Elko County. The County has received a request from Ruby Vista Ranch Development, MTK Limited, LLC, to assist a proposed development project by issuing bond financing for infrastructure on the project. The Commission requested a bond counsel opinion and other considerations on the potential impacts to the County. The Commission will review the opinion letter and the memo from the District Attorney’s Office on this issue.
