S.9) Discussion and consideration of Resolution 2018-16 providing for the transfer of appropriations and cash from the Contingency account within the 2017/2018 Fiscal Budget from the Elko County General Fund to the Unincorporated Town of Jarbidge Water Enterprise Fund. This transfer will provide for the Jarbidge Water Fund to cover a deficit cash balance.
