S.3) Discussion and consideration of Resolution 2018-10 providing for the transfer of appropriations from the contingency account within the 2017/2018 Fiscal Budget for the County of Elko General Fund (NRS354.598005(5)). This resolution is transferring funds from the Contingency Account to other accounts within the General Fund Budget to cover the costs of Retroactive pay pursuant to the 2016/2017 Collective Bargaining Unit Agreement.
