S.2) Pursuant to Public Notice 19-2018 and NRS 354.598005(1) whereby the Board is required to hold a public hearing for augmenting the budget of any fund that Ad Valorem tax is allocated to, Resolution 2018-08 is to recognize unanticipated resources received in Civil Filing Fees, collected by the Justice/Municipal Court and who will be utilizing the fees to pay for employee costs associated with technology updates. Also, the resolution recognized Prisoner Fees collected by the Sheriff’s office that will be utilized to pay for authorized Capital Expenditures and Inmate Communications Fees that will be used to pay for upgrades to the Jail Facility.
