L.10) Discussion and consideration of Resolution 2017-13 authorizing an Interfund loan to the County Medical Indigent Fund from the In Lieu of Taxes Fund. Pursuant to NRS 354.6118, the County can provide for an interfund loan up to 24 months as long as the fund loaning the money is not compromised by the transfer. The Medical Indigent Fund expects to receive Ad Valorem Revenue to repay the loan in the next fiscal year.
