L.5) Discussion and consideration of Resolution 2017-08 providing for the transfer of appropriations from the contingency account within the 2016/2017 Fiscal Budget for the County of Elko General Fund.(NRS354.598005(5)) Although a formal resolution is not required, past practice for Elko County is to include all Contingency Transfers in the form of a resolution. This resolution is transferring funds from the Contingency Account to other accounts within the General Fund Budget.
