L.4) Pursuant to Public Notice 24-2017, discussion and consideration of Resolution 2017-07 to Augment the County Capital Projects Fund to recognize unanticipated fund balance due to project timing differences. Approved project costs shifted from Fiscal Year 2016 to 2017 therefore impacting the appropriated amounts in the Fiscal Year 2017 budget. The budget fund balance in 2016 was exceeded due to the shift in expenditures therefore the need to increase appropriations in FY 2017.
