    So basically what you are saying to the RESIDENTS, that lost their homes and priceless possessions, is;
    1. We will help you assess what your COST is
    2. DON'T SUE us because we are not responsible for the LEVY BREAKING!
    Yeah I think NOT!!! If anyone else reads this COMMENT pass on the WORD, GET ADVICE FROM A LAWYER, OUT OF ELKO COUNTY!
